Goodbye Santa,
Goodbye Elves,
Goodbye faux happy selves.
Orgy of avarice,
Orgy of greed,
Little thought to real need.
Xmas over,
Not a day too soon
Bloated tired,
I'm a buffoon.
I partook,
I indulged,
I bellied up,
Answered the call,
Yet with no thought of the Christ-child at all...
